What I do with your details

Last updated 18 October 2026

I am Kathleen Loucks, trading as Effortless Beauty, an independent beauty consultant in Tigard, Oregon. This page explains what happens to anything you send me through this website. It is written plainly on purpose.

What I collect

Only what you type into one of the forms on this site. Depending on which form you use, that can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your birthday month, if you join the birthday club
• What you tell me about your skin, your shade and what you would like help with
• Your mailing address, but only if you ask me to send you a sample kit

There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. I am not following you around the internet, and I could not tell you who visited this page.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you, to prepare what you asked for, and to post you something if you asked me to post it. That is all.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone.

Text messages

I will only text you if you ticked the box asking me to. Consent is never a condition of anything, you can reply STOP at any time, and message and data rates may apply.

How long I keep it

Indefinitely, unless you ask me to delete it. Form submissions are stored with Netlify, who host this website.

Having your information deleted

Email me at hello@effortlessbeauty.site and ask, and I will delete what I hold about you. You do not have to give a reason.

Other places this site sends you

Some buttons here take you to my official ordering store, or to my pages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Those are run by other companies under their own privacy policies, not mine.

Children

This site is meant for adults, and I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
